Masterflex® PS® Peristaltic Tubing Pumps

The Masterflex® P/S Pump Range offers pumps with flowrates to 0.9 GPM and
Prssure Capability to 100 psig. The pumps come in a variety of configurations.
Masterflex® IP® Drives come in TEFC, Washdown Duty and Explosion Proof
Enclosures. Both air and electrically driven drives are available. The Masterflex®
Drives accept a range of Inputs/Outputs including 4-20 mA, 0-10VDC, 0-20 mA
and contact closures for start/stop/direction of rotation/prime/purge cycles.
Various pump heads and tubing materials are also available to meet the
individual needs of the customer. Pumps can be configured as single head or
multiple head units depending upon the particular drive.

The pumps can be run dry and are capable of pumping mixed
(liquid/vapor) flow.
The pumps will pull a 28 ft suction lift.
There are no valves and the only wetted parts are the hose and
connection nozzles.
Maintenance is done in place and takes anywhere between 10 and 40
minutes to complete a typical rebuild. This will depend upon the pump
model and the experience level of the millwright.
The pumps are reversible.
The pumps impart very low shear to the pumped fluid.
The pumps can handle thin and viscous pumpages.
The discharge pressure capability of the pumps range to 100 psi.
There is a broad spectrum of materials available for the wetted portion (the
hose and connectors). The wetted material for the pump can be changed

Some options include control input/output capability, variable speed drives
and leak detectors.
Tubing includes a variety of elastomers for industrial use, food grade
tubing and pharmaceutical biopharm grade tubing for ultrapure services.
