Overview
Grayledge Pump & Industrial provides custom designed
process systems. Such systems integrate several process
components such as instrumentation, tanks, pumps and filters
into a fully functional system ready for power and process tie in.
Concept and Drawings
We work with the customer to translate the process
requirements into a system design. Preliminary and Final
Approval Drawings are an important part of the process.
Download an example drawing for a simplex filtering system
involving a gear pump with tungsten carbide hardened
internals and a single filter housing. The base for this system
incorporates a drip rim edge.

Finished System

Sodium Hypochlorite Systems
We produce specialty skid systems for Sodium Hypochlorite
(Bleach) Metering. Such applications are critical to Water,
Wastewater and Zebra Mussel Abatement Applications. Our
systems feature peristaltic pumps that cannot loose prime and
do not have check valves to hang up. They are sealless and
